Toss the tennis ball as high as you want or bounce it off concrete it will teach you how to catch the ball at different angles and different speeds. This is perfect and very inexpensive for the baseball player who wants to learn how to get better. As you can see baseball training aids don't have to be expensive to get the job done either. Baseball training aids have become more popular recently as DVD's are out as training aids to make you a better player. DVD's are on almost any subject you can think of which makes it perfect for baseball training aids. The more information baseball players have the better they can be which is basically all they want.
